NFL Week 15 Fantasy Starts, Sits and Sleepers

Week 15 Starts, Sits and Sleepers

Busy weekend ahead today and not much time, but we couldn't leave you hanging on our fantasy starts, sits and sleepers in week one of the fantasy playoffs! No time to waste, let's jump on in:

Starts

Justin Herbert has QB1 potential with Keenan Allen and Mike Williams back in the mix against any team. Throw in the fact that he's facing the terrible Titans secondary...fire the kid up.

Out in Chicago, Jalen Hurts is going to do big things against an overmatched defense. He'll be able to let his dual-threat ability shine as he gashes the Bears.

Derek Carr gets Darren Waller back to pair with Davante Adams against the Patriots who are down some cornerbacks. Sets up nicely for Carr to do some damage.

Miles Sanders is going to stay hot in the Windy City. 20+ totes and over the century mark again.

Oddly enough, both Isiah Pacheco and Jerrick McKinnon look like great plays for Kansas City against the horrific Texans. They each should get double digit touches, with the former likely to clear twenty carries.

JK Dobbins should get plenty of volume against a Browns' defensive front that's surprisingly poor at stopping the run. Someone on the Ravens has to move the ball, right?

Davante Adams is going to cook the inexperience Patriots corners. Big day ahead for him.

Both Mike Williams and Keenan Allen are poised to explode against a bottom five Titans pass defense. They might each top 100 yards.

I think we're going to see a solid connection between Terry McLaurin and Taylor Heinicke Sunday night. Six catches and a touchdown should be a baseline, with a nice chunk of yardage.

Greg Dulcich with a quarterback who'll be looking to dump the ball off against the worst tight end defense in the league. Sounds like a strong PPR play.

Whoever is under center for Pittsburgh is going to be also looking for short, quick passes, setting up Pat Freiermuth for a nice outing.

Sits

Gotta sit Jared Goff against New York. As good as he's been, Reed and Sauce have just been a step above.

Even if Justin Fields is truly 100%, he has a difficult matchup against Philadelphia. He'll also be down Chase Claypool and Darnell Mooney, leaving him with no weapons to challenge Darius Slay and James Bradberry. He could salvage his day on the ground.

Aaron Rodgers isn't super appealing against Jalen and the Ramseys. Minimal receiver talent, potential to maybe run the ball and Jordan Love looming ever closer. Not the best set up.

Cardinals' running back James Conner shouldn't have much room to operate against a strong Denver defense with Colt McCoy under center. Some appeal in him snagging a few dump offs.

The Buccaneers have been so bad...I don't know how you can trust Leonard Fournette. Rachaad White's been cutting into his play and the offensive line gets no push. Bengals could force a negative game script too. Meh.

Saquon Barkley's been awesome this year, but their interior line is hurting. Not a positive development when facing a stout Washington D-line. You're not benching him if you've got him, but you may end up regretting it.

I'm not sure I'm fully on board with this yet...but can you really start Garrett Wilson with Zach Wilson throwing him the ball?

Against the elite Denver corners, I think Colt McCoy would trust throwing it up to DeAndre Hopkins more then Hollywood Brown, priming the latter for a bad showing.

Mike Evans has been so damn frustrating in this Buccaneers offense. He's been pretty much rendered boom or bust at this point, which doesn't seem like his fault. Could be a good game script for him, but it seems like Brady is more comfortable throwing it to Godwin or underneath to his backs.

A ton of snow in Buffalo should limit the air yards, don't expect big things from Dawson Knox.

Sleepers

First career start for Desmond Ridder down in New Orleans. He's lacking weapons on the outside, but he seems to have some dynamic potential outside the pocket. We'll see if Arthur Smith provides him a game plan to excel in.

A real test of faith here...but Matt Ryan is facing the Vikings, who allow more passing yards then any team in the league. He's popped a few times this year, but this may be his best opportunity yet.

Kevin Harris and Pierre Strong have an opportunity to handle some workman's like carries against the Raiders if Damien Harris and Rhamondre Stevenson don't play. Definitely a situation worth monitoring.

Maybe not so much of a sleeper anymore, but Zonovan Knight has come on really strong and should get a bunch of carries against the Lions, especially with Zach Wilson getting the start.

Colts' second and third receivers Alec Pierce and Parris Campbell could each get a healthy load of targets against a bad Minnesota secondary. Neither is a bad play in a pinch.

Cade Otton will probably draw a few targets from Brady as they try and keep up with the Bengals. Worse finds on the waiver wire.
